London City: arriving in the Royal Docks
London City Airport is in the Royal Docks in east London and is also served by the DLR. If you prefer a private journey to your address, send your flight number, date and destination. We arrange an arrivals-hall meeting with a personalised name board.
Do not confuse London City with Heathrow or with a general reference to a London airport. Write London City or the code LCY in your enquiry. This matters particularly when your arrival and return flights use different airports.
If you have a meeting soon after landing, send the appointment time along with the flight details. Landing time is not the same as the time you leave the terminal.

Hotel, Canary Wharf or the City: specify your address
For a business trip, give the office or hotel name and full address. Canary Wharf, the City and the West End are different destinations. We agree your route without assuming every central address takes the same time. If you have an appointment after landing, mention it when planning the transfer. Journey timing still depends on traffic, airport checks and baggage collection.
Your return to London City
To reach London City from a hotel or office, send the flight date, time and pickup point. If your return flight uses another airport, specify it so we can quote each journey separately.
How much is a London City–London transfer?
Our published starting price for London City ↔ central London is £85. Send your full address, date, time, passenger numbers and luggage details. We confirm the price for your journey before you book.
The agreed price includes parking and tolls. Our published night supplement of 25% applies to services after 23:00. Any stops or journeys with multiple addresses must be agreed in your enquiry.

Are London City and Heathrow the same airport?
No. London City uses the code LCY and Heathrow uses LHR. Include the airport and flight number to avoid pickup misunderstandings.

Yes. Give your office, hotel or apartment address. Availability and price are confirmed for the journey requested.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the driver’s arrival time. As stated in the conditions published on our website, we do not charge extra for flight delays. If your flight number or date changes, let us know so we can update the service.
