Heathrow: getting the terminal right
Heathrow has four passenger terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. To arrange collection, we need your flight number and arrival date. Saying “Heathrow” alone does not identify the terminal. Check it on your booking and tell us about any changes announced by the airline.
Our Meet & Greet service includes a meeting in the arrivals hall with a personalised name board. After passport control and baggage reclaim, follow the instructions agreed with your driver. The meeting details are arranged for your arrival, so you do not need to search between different terminals.
If members of your group arrive on different flights, send all flight numbers and terminals so we can assess how to organise the pickups.

From Heathrow to your London address
Book for your exact address, whether that is a Kensington hotel, a Paddington apartment or another London neighbourhood. Heathrow is west of London, and distance and traffic vary with your destination. We confirm the price and arrangements for your itinerary rather than promising the same journey time for every hotel.
Your return to Heathrow
For a departure from Heathrow, tell us your terminal, flight time and pickup address. We agree a pickup time, taking account of the route and the time your airline requires for check-in and security.
How much is a Heathrow–London transfer?
Our published starting price for Heathrow ↔ central London is £95. Send your full address, date, time, passenger numbers and luggage details. We confirm the price for your journey before you book.
The agreed price includes parking and tolls. Our published night supplement of 25% applies to services after 23:00. Any stops or journeys with multiple addresses must be agreed in your enquiry.

Tell us how many checked bags, cabin cases and pushchairs you are bringing. Both passenger numbers and luggage space matter when choosing a vehicle. Mention any requirements for children so availability can be checked before confirmation.
Our team has several cars. The right vehicle and its capacity with your luggage are confirmed in the quote. Do not assume every vehicle can take any combination of people and bags.

You can request a transfer for any of Heathrow’s four passenger terminals. Send your flight number and date so we can arrange the correct meeting point.
Where do I meet the driver at Heathrow?
In the arrivals hall, with a personalised name board and instructions agreed before collection. Let the driver know once you have completed checks and collected your bags.
Does the £95 starting price cover every destination?
It is the published starting price for Heathrow ↔ central London. Your journey price is confirmed according to address, time, passengers and luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the driver’s arrival time. As stated in the conditions published on our website, we do not charge extra for flight delays. If your flight number or date changes, let us know so we can update the service.
