Gatwick North or South: tell us where you land
Gatwick has two terminals, North and South. When asking for a quote, include the terminal shown by your airline and your flight number. If you are unsure, check the airport’s official terminal information and send the booking details.
Your driver meets you in the agreed terminal’s arrivals hall with a personalised name board. Follow the instructions provided for your pickup and let the driver know if your terminal changes. Do not move to another terminal on your own to find the car.
For a return booking, check the terminal for both flights: your departure terminal may differ from your arrival terminal.
YOUR JOURNEY
From Gatwick to your hotel in one journey
Gatwick is south of London. Once your bags are loaded, the transfer continues to the agreed address. This is an option if you prefer not to arrange a train journey and then a separate final connection to your hotel. Send the property name and postcode, especially if your hotel belongs to a chain with several locations. The route and journey time depend on your destination and traffic.

The agreed price includes parking and tolls. Our published night supplement of 25% applies to services after 23:00. Any stops or journeys with multiple addresses must be agreed in your enquiry.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the driver’s arrival time. As stated in the conditions published on our website, we do not charge extra for flight delays. If your flight number or date changes, let us know so we can update the service.
